Description: SPARK MISSLES!!! What this attack does is it darkens the sky and sends chakra sparks from the clouds. They will aim at the opponent, and one by one, shoot down at him/her. Rank C because it is fairly weak. Many lightning-type genin learn this; usually right when they get out of the academy.

ok I'll approve, but you don't have to make jutsu apps yet, you just write them on your char app, you only do jutsu apps once youve been approved and want more jutsu's
