Lightning Pulse No Jutsu

Shikachi was in the same over energetic happy mood as he was in the day before, mostly because he had learned new jutsu and couldn't wait to use them on a mission or against an opponent. He was almost through all his ideas for new jutsu so he had to finish learning the other two jutsu that he wanted to today. He got up, took a shower, and ate breakfast within the first 15 minutes of waking up. Today he was trying to get through the process of learning his next two jutsu quickly so he could go home and rest again. He didn't get a really good sleep yet somehow he had a good enough sleep to have a decent amount of energy. After eating he walked to his dresser and grabbed his headband, he stared at it for about 2 minutes just re thinking about his memories of his parents, and how they died as shinobi of the same village. No i shouldn't think about such things. he told himself forcing all the depressing memories out of his head. Then he was off and on his way to the training grounds.

Once he arrived he took his sword off of his back and lied it down on the ground, he was in the same spot as the day before. Except this time he was in between 5 dummies. The goal of this new jutsu was to slam his hand on the ground and exert his chakra through the ground around him, to shock all opponents around him. He created the four handseals needed for this jutsu, then slammed his palm onto the ground, "Lightning Pulse No Jutsu." he said as he exerted his chakra in one blast through out the ground. He felt the ground shake slightly then saw a thin layer of Lightning stretching out all around him in different directions. He noticed as one by one the dummies were shocked until they were so burned that they lit on fire. Yes! he thought to himself and yet he was so happy that he heard it outside, apparently he said it instead of thinking it. He had to laugh at that then moved onto the next and final jutsu.
