Description: This is a very unique jutsu, that is more powerful at night. HOw to use this jutsu is you gather energy and focus it all on your hand. Point it at wherever you want to shoot it, and the energy you gathered will power out in a firey beam. It calls down a beam of moonlightning from the sky, and however close the moon is makes it stronger.
