Description: Using a combination of two of his techniques 'brain surgery' and 'psychic surgery' Haeichi can literally touch someones head and manipulate his chakra to extract information from that persons mind. This takes a 2 post length to complete and as such can be very complicated to use in a fight. All knowledge that the the person this technique is being used on will transfer to the user of this technique including and not limited to history, people, and jutsu knoowledge. This technique is also capable of taking another shinobi's jutsus for knowledge so that the user may attempt to train it in the future (and the half as much training counts as he is technically learning it from someone else). However if the users specialties and elements do not match thn the highest ranked jutsu they can possibly learn is C ranked. Target must be immobile and can only take 1 jutsu per post.

Description: Using Haeichi's advanced knowledge of the brain as well as medical he can alter a persons memories to make them believe whatever he wants them to believe. In order to achieve this Haeichi must have contact witht he enemies skull for 2 posts. This makes it extremely hard to use within battle.

Description: By blending wind chakra into his fingers Haeichi can use his medical knowledge to attack an opponents tendons directly by cutting them upon tough with his finger. By cutting the tendons this will cause extreme pain within an opponent as well as limited movment because of such.

Drunken First (Zui Quan) is very different for your Blind Flu. They rely on intoxication in order to fight. Your Blind Fu is just a fighting style that you have developed but not learned, and basically it relies on you acting helpless/blind. It can stay if you add more description.
