Personality: Himotai is different depending on the day. One day he could be a loner, next day he could be talkative, it really is like a cycle, the pattern is almost always the same.
Tere is one thing that will always describe hi personality, and that is depressed. He may nt seem it to people, but when he is alone or near something different than ewhat he is used to, he is lonely, silent, depressed and anything that fits that description. He can be emo at times, but only when the depression gets the best of him.
When around a familiar atmosphere, he is almost like a normal teen, but he always speaks in monotone. When he is near friends, or familiarity, he is somewhat talkative, but, agaiin, this depends on the mood of the day. When around family, he is not much for words, for he believes that his family is a bunch of retards.

Birth Arc

The evening was approaching as Ms.Kirosai was ready to give birth. In a small hut outside of the village of Kiri. Mr.Kirosai was out hunting, and fighting for the vilalage of Kiriduring a small raid. So, She was all on her own, and she had a feeling that tonight was the night. She had a tingling in her stomach, but she couldn't tell for sure. So, she tried to get up and walk, but just couldn't, and she hoped tht her husband would return soon. She had a feelng, once again, that it wouldn't be for a while, but she never rreally knew for sure.
And when the baby finally was released into the world, he let out a shriek possibly heard for miles. His father of course heard this considering he was directly outside the front door. He look up just then, and vaguely saw his father, and quickly rested his head against his mothers body, and began to rest.
Childhood Arc

Himotai had grown up in two completely different cities. Kirigakure, the village hidden in the mist, and Suna, the village hidden within sand. And his family thought this was true, two completely different cities, for a comletely different family. Himotai knew they were different. Different than him at least. He knew there was something going on in their heads that made them so. But, he also sometmes believed that HE was the one that was different. But he always disregarded that thought.
His parents were very in tune with family and thir surroundings. he wished it wasn't this way, but his parents made it so. WHenever his family did something "interesting", he was always dragged into it. He always sat alone, because he wanted nothing to do with his family, but he just didn't have the guts to say it... yet.
There was one day, at a family reunion type thing that they have monthly, Himotai was all alone, as usual, sitting in the corner of the field, skippingrocks across the lake at Kiri. Hs family was around 500 feet away from him, and he planned to keep it this way. Until he saw some figure approaching from behind. He didn't know what it was, but he realized it was indeed his family. They approached quickly, but he just sat there, unphased. When they got close enough, his father put his hand on Himo's shoulder. Himo then rapidly sun around and yelled " I don't need you people!!!" And then he sawm off into the lake, and looking back occasionally at his family's astonished faces, and then just kept going, and never looked back.
Academy Arc

Upon entering the academy, Himotai has had no prior shinobi experience. He ay destine to awant to learn this, but he knows he is going to have to work twice as hard, at least, because he can tell tthat some of the other students have.
When first walking through the front gates, when the first semester began, he looked at everything, at what the students were doing, and immediately thought let's do this. He wanted to get going, and get started on the things that he needed to know.
At first, when learning the techniques, he had struggled with them a lot more than most. He lok upon to the others almost flawlessly performing these techniques, but for some reason, he just couldn't get them down. Eventually, he had changed something very drastic; his mindframe. His mind as always wandering looking at all of the interesting things going on, and continually had to be reminded to pay atttention. When he finally did, it was the final day t get these down, and he was lucky he did, otherwise he would practically fail the semester. So he now considers himself as lucky.
One thing he did di well at was combat, he was always winning spars in training, and excelled in some categories of the combat, which were Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and weaponry. He had been told that he was an excellent bowman, though he didn't seem to agree with them. But, he did have deadly aim, and eve n deadlier of a crossbow. It wsas mae of pretty much all steel and some oak. This could be the turning point of anything... even life or death. Himotai thought, and he knew it too.
He and his lone friend, were near the top of their class when they had graduated. They definitely were good at different things, but they seemed to be compared by all around them, so they just accept it as so. And when they leave here, they know it will be the same.
Genin Arc

When Himotai had become a genin, he didn't know what to expect was going to happen. he thought it was just going to be training like the academy, after, all, he was knew, and no one had ever briefed him. He was completely wrong.
When he went to the Kazekage to join a team, the Kazekage had notified him that he had at least 3 other genin ask the same question today. So, when assigned to a team, he recived a slip, telling him to when and where to go. So, he went to ther place extra early, to build the suspense. he wndred who was going to be on his team. i hope it's someone i know hr thought, but he nwasn't sure, no one was, except of course, the sensei.
When a figure emergeds from the mist overlooking the park of Suna, Himo realized it was his friend. The one he had met in the academy, and there was someone else with him, a larger figure, when he got close enough, the gentleman appeared to be in his mid-twenties. Turns out he was a high genin. The sensei always made a spectcular appearance, and this was no exception.
They recieved a mission required to bring a package to the Mizukage. great... thought Himo as he remembered back to his childhood. Hopefully he doesn't run into his... Himo gulps... family.
On the way there, they faced virtually no danger, besides the fact of the weather change, wchih everyone expected, but no one thought about. It went from Smoltering, to Mild, to Rainy. And it rained 3/4 the way there. When they arrived in the city, Himo bllinked. He hadn't remembered how beautiful the city actually was. Just not the memories that had happened here. good thing.... Himo thought. He remembered that his family lived on the other side of the city. If he saw one member, he'd kill for sure. Good thing he didn't.
They returned just at the right time to Suna, for the Chuunin Exams. It was the last day to sign up. Himo kknew this would be the perfect way to reveal to the world himself. The written exams were a piece of cake. He also breezed through the first two rounds of the combat. Afterwards, it got difficult. He was facing the no.1 seed going into the semis. He took him out with four appropriate jutsus. They were perfect, and he had a perfect strategy. He had to face his friend in the finals. He faced him before. he knew he wasn't a gem in battle, but he made it this far, so he wasn't gonna go easy on him.
When the battle neared it's end, Himo had the upper hand. He had his opponent on the ground after a taijutsu, and curled almost in a ball, and nearly in a corner. He could finish him off right here, but couldn't. He couldn' kill his only friend. that's not right. He still won the match, and they both got chuunin. There was nothing that can turn this bad.
Chuunin Arc

Nothinng spectacular happened to Himo was a chuunin. He did have a group in Suna, thoough it wasn't official, they were just a few emo chuunin lying around, and doing good deeds and missions for the hell of it. They called themselves "Four Chuunin Cult". And they did all asked for them. Mostly.
Otherwise, he had a pretty boring time as chuunin, although, he did meet one of his cousins, he wished to kill him, but resisted the urge once he realized that he had run away like Himo, he knew this could be the start of something amazing. His family is disassembling piece by piece. He loved it. The cousin mentioned a few more came with him, they were Kiri chuunin, but officially made Suna, and now here is a "Eight Chuunin Cult".
And by performing these deeds, he earned a promtion, along with the other seven. Now becoming ANB U, he has ranked up 3 times in 2 years.
Misssing Nin Arc

Since leaving Suna due to in group fighting, it has lead for Himo to become a Missing Nin, it is better he thinks because he has learned jutsus from everywhere, every city, and also he can go anywhere without permission. Plus, it gives him an oppurtunit to be away from most of the world. He knew somehow that his life was going to lead to solitude, he just didn't know he sweet it was going to be. He thought he was gonna go crazy with that family and end up in the nuthouse.
He recently found that he loves to be mischievous, and cause trouble, for it turns anger into energy, and he propels that towards pranks and mischief, and murder. he is a loner, and always will be, so he acts alone, takes the fall, alone, and kills, most of the time, alone.

Kaen walks into the room, looking at the carnage that was done here, not believing that one man could do such damage to an entire small village. Of course, he and everyone else believed that it was a member of the Akatsuki, of course, they had no evidence of this, but Kaen was determined to get the evodence that they so badly needed, if they wanted to keep this small village alive. Men had died to try to defend this village, which such honor, Kaen which he had that insane amount. In his heart, Kaen was a very loving man, but on the outside, to most, he had apeared rugged and shady. He hoped, that if this case could be solved thanks to him, it would be all he would ever need to be an accomplished shinobi, a least to his standards. With all sorts of thoughts and images rummaging through his mind, he could see almost what exactly happened here, seeing so many massacred... how could an alleged shinobi be so evil? he thought, but he ignored the empty thought and carried on with his primary objective.
As he saw all the dead bodies, some he thought were still suffering, but he reassued himself that they weren't. As he saw the dead bodies all around him, the sweat on his face multiplying, feeling for some reason he was being watched. But, ass he bent over to investigate one of the bodies, he found some sort of symbol, and it was marked with fire, a red and gold symbol.
looks like someone affiliated with the Uchiha's.... he realized this, and knew what it was... a rebel, he had heard something from his friends about a week or so ago. He knew what to do... he had to gather all he had and destroy the rebel.. or rebels.
As he walks back to his village of Sunagakure, he approaches the Kazekage's office, and says "sir, i have gone to the scene of the crime commited earlier today, at the small village not too far from here. and please listen closely.. yes, i am only a child, but i am a child of much knowledge." Kaen explains to the Kazekage how he thought it was a rebel of the Uchiha clan, and how he thought it might be a warning to those of Sunagakure. The Kazekage listened all right. he then sent Kaen out for a moment, as he pondered the latest information. After a few minutes, Kaen was summoned back into the office. The Kazekage's words were
"young one. I do indeed believe you, i have hjeard of recent reports oif in-clan war there, so, i shall deed you gold, and much great word upon entering the academy." Kaen nodded, excitement on the inside, giving the kazekage a great big hug, forgetting who he was for a moment, and then backing away with a quick apology. he was then ushered out by a bodyguard, and then reporting the great news to his parents upon returning home.
Clan Name: Jouki Clan
Kekei Genkai: The clan's KKg does as the name of the clan implies. It means "steam", which is the combination of fire and water. The clan originated around just 25 years ago, for Himotai's father had created the clan. He used water and fire, for he was from KOnoha, and was originally a fire user, but when he had moved to Kiri, he had begun to use water. And then, he had tried to mix the two elements, and for years, for some reason, it wouldn't work. So, he tried for many years more, and eventually got it. he was using the wrong handsign the whole time. That was the only problem, and he figured himsef dumb since he couldn' figure it out. So now, any member that is a shinobi can now use this type of KKG.
Clan History:

The clan began around 25-30 years ago uder the lead of a man named Junai Hirosai, a man of only 17. He wished to become a powerful shinobi, and wanted to make thwe whole world show it. So, having the power, he was a dictator for a few years. Until,, finally, afet nearly a decade of agny and suffering, the people of the clan and the cities effected by t revolted and threw him out of power by hanging him. This was Himotai's great uncle. This clan was not what it is known as rght now.
When Humitai Jirosai took over this clan, he hd much different intentions for it. He had a slightly different bloodline than his uncle, and therefore the KKG was different for alot of the members, and this clan had gotten smaller due to that fact. His father struggled to keep it together due to in clan fighting, and accusations of tyranny and dictatorship from the leader. As far as Humitai was concerned, this shall no longer take place. So, he began the clan from scratch. he took just his immediuate bloodline, and extended ity to his not so immediate bloodline, and gave them part of his family's blood. This worked most of the time, nnot always however, because there were indeed many fatalities from this.
Now, with his father dead due to a raid of Kirigakure, Himotai is unaware of this until he becomes a Missing Nin. So, he is not the leader of the clan, but a member, for his cousin is now the leader, and HImotai is left with nothing of it but his ability.

And also moves at a speed of 35 MPH, in circles, giving the cone better spinning motion, making it spin faster and faster unitl it fades or is destroyed.
