Description: The ninja will first do a string of hand seals and then proceed to draw out water from a nearby lake in which will spin violently around the user and will look as if he is a very large person. The water is spinning EXTREMELY fast and can repel metallic objects and most jutsus. Is extremely weak to lightning and practically is a huge person of water. So slamming down one's arms will be extremely strong and can extend their arms and body parts like a tornado of water. Takes one post to charge. Can be used in protection.

Gousuiwan no Jutsu - Strong Water Arm Technique - well it states that it is suigestu's tech. Not only that, but you would have to be made of water as well.

Rising Water Cutter- where does the water come from?

Mizu Kawarimi - Water Replacement - Can you turn this on and off? How long does it last? If your 'made of water' then your body will be subject to the laws of water as well. Otherwise it's like suigetsu's ability, which I assume to be Kekkei Genkai related.

Water Fang Projectile- so the water just forms a spinning drill... you cant control it beyond that?

Water Dragon Whip - I personally think this deserves much more description. There are alot of things going on here. A 'whirling' sphere, whips of water, that apparently home in on opponents and can impale them? It's 'A' rank so please make it a bit more detailed.

Grand Water Spirit - I assume this will require alot of water to create. Also, if it's drawing it form a nearby source, I'd say the process of creating this huge form and get the water moving 'extremely fast' would take a posts worth of time... like, start the jutsu one post and complete it the next, or something like that.

Mizu Kawarimi - It is exactly like Kawarimi no Jutsu, 'transformation jutsu' in which his body is replaced by a body looking like him of water. When something like a sword slices through it, it's like passing through water. Note: Must be either on a lake or a body of water to be able to use.
