Then user must focus even more chakra into blade to extend the chakra making the blade a meter longer. Hmm... okay. first of all '20%' is just a number. It would be easier if you described the jutsu in term of comparing it to other substances and what it can cut through.
Second of all, how much longer can the 'blade' be extended with this tech?
I wouldn't mind it if you posted the link to the blade on the description.
