Looks: Jack has reddish orange hair, brown eyes. He wears a orange shirt and has a white jacket and dog tags but wears Black Jeans. When he is on a Mission he wears a black Trench Coat where he has many Pockets to hide weapons and other items of need. When ever Jack talks there is always a slight wind blowing due to him controlling the wind to a degree. Jack has some scars from when he was fighting his brother because he crossed the border into the Fire because he wanted to see his parents but his father let them fight just to see who was stronger.

Personality: Jack is the kind of kid who would rather Learn in silence then learn with many people annoying him. He has a Bad temper when he gets angry even if he does try to control himself. Jack would rather be alone then in a group of people as he likes the peace and quite but if he has to be in a group he will sit and do the work but at anytime it is geting to annoying for him he just uses the wind to suround his ears and he can continue work without even hearing anything. When he was 5 he started to finish all his sentences with the word Jackal, thats how he became known as Jackal Mc Jackal, it does not bother him as he is used to it so while people can try to pick on him he just walks off without even geting angry.

Clan Name: Shikyo

Kekkei Genkai: Jack is very much unlike any member of the Shikyo clan. His father was a pure blooded Shikyo and his mother was an average kunoichi. The combination of the two left him severely weakened in the area of brute strength and defense. However he still gained the clans boost of speed and because their is less mass to control his speed is greatly increased by 50% of what any normal E rank would be. This comes from the Shikyo background of having extreme power and strength yet being able to move incredibly fast even when they weighed in excess of 500lbs, however since Jack does not way nearly that much it has made him much much faster. However what is even more abnormal was his trait given to be a complete and total master over the element of lightning and use it in ways people only see in their nightmares. Jack's body naturally produces Wind on a very large scale much like a Tornado and he can use it to perform Wind jutsus with extreme ease. This grants him the ability to take away most complications and any wasting of chakra he would normally have when performing an elemental jutsu and even extra power in his Wind attacks than say another shinobi using Wind based attacks, unofficially his Wind based jutsus are reduced in chakra cost roughly 50% of what they would normally be but deal damage of 50% more, however he has an obvious weakness to the Earth element. One more trait he inadvertently gained from the Shikyo clan was a strong ability to sense spirit or life energy from everyone and any living creature around him. This gives him the ability to sense age, distance, and even good and evil auras simply by the feeling he gets when sensing them which when good makes him feel normal but when he senses and evil life energy he gets a dark deep feeling in his stomach of dread. The range of this is massive but impractical in battle, when meditating it is possible for him to sense the entire world as a whole but is unable to justify the stats of any 1 person, when someone or something of interest however is within a quarter mile of him however he is able to sense them with a couple seconds of delay.

The Shikyo clan is a very small clan located out in the wilderness between rock and the fire country. The Shikyo clan specializes in meditating to keep their Spirit energy sharp and always ready to fight if need be. The clan however is generally peaceful although a few have given the clan a bad name. The clan had recently moved to Suna seeking new opportunities as well as a more peaceful environment.

Updated:

After the death of Dante and his want to protect the world by leaving the village the clan left Suna. The clan leader realized the hate they would be shown once Dante and the other Suna Jounin had died in battle. The clan now resides in what they keep as a secret location far away from any outsiders or villages.

Background Information
Before Academy Arc: Jack was born on the Border of both the Land of Fire and the Land of Wind. When his mother was giving berth his father told her to move to the Land of Wind side of the border as he already had a child who was born on the Fire side so he wanted one that was on the Wind side. Jack was brought up with both his mother and father but he was not allowed to go over the line to the Land of Fire as his Father had forced him to stay on that side while he did the same with his brother but the parents could go ether side with out worrying as they had to love both of them. As Jack started to grow up he learnt that he could control the wind while his brother could control fire. It was known that many members of the Shikyo clan could control an element from Fire, Wind, Water, Earth and Lightning. So with Jack with Wind he was in the right Land while the other members who had the other elements had to go to there Lands. Once Jack got to the age of 9 his mother enrolled him into the Academy and told him to Learn and become a good ninja so she could be proud of him. Jack Started to Learn how to use Puppets and Ninjutsu when he was with his Parents, his father was a Puppet Master while his mother was a Ninjutsu Master.

Lark was on a mission to kill some bandits for him this was fun. When lark got to the area were they had been known to hang around he unsheathed his sword and started to walk around. While he was walking one of the bandits jumped off a building to kill lark with a Kunai all lark did was a spinning left hook with his sword in hand and the man was cut in half dead. After that they all started to jump down to attack and with that lark used Ice mirrors and stepped in them, the men were looking at the mirrors with lark in everyone. One of the men tried to break one but lark killed him with his quick speed and was back in the mirror before another could attack. Lark then started to attack the rest with his quick speed and sword in hand after he was done they were all chunks of flesh and blood. Lark was now a kill on site so he was always getting in fights vsing Jounin and chunin as well as Anbu lark has got many scars from them. Lark trained on Wolfs and Bears in the Village hidden in snow as it was his home town and he was drawn to there to learn how to kill things faster then anyone else. As lark killed the Lord of the snow village he went around killing other people for money when he was accepted in the Akatsuki.

Some wording issues. Clearing write out what your wind mastery is here, a little confusing as it doesn't make sense.

I'll ask that you just edit my own name out and use your own name as well. Also I use the lightning portion so if your going to use Wind that state so throughout the clan description.

What no jutsus? You do realize you have to train each jutsu if you dont have any once you rank up from AS. Meaning all D ranked, all C ranked, etc.
