What would you expect of such an official? An informal, dirty, brat? What exactly do you see? Mayu tries her best to keep her face in order, making sure to clean it daily, keep it free of blemishes, thus what is seen happens to be the results of her daily routine. She tries to keep her lovely light apricot skin tone natural as it is, using no make-up for it, except maybe a bit of eyeliner, or lipstick every once in a while, during formal balls or events. Her eye's are if anything the most distinguishing feature, clear and easily visible, having a pale gray-blue coloration for the iris. She has a petite nose, it is for the most well fit on her face in terms of proportion, her mouth as well is small, even, and well cared for. Keeping to proper dental hygiene as well, she has pearly white teeth. With these descriptions of her face, could she be considered perfect? She tries, or at least was driven into such a way, possibly to get where she is today.

Elegant, well groomed hair, or at least as good as it can get. Mayu has lemony blond hair with a slight tint of sunlight orange in it. It is kept well shampooed and is in fine condition. She avoids dyes and other tampering chemicals when working with her hoping to keep it natural, and in good condition, it reaches down to half-way down her back when let loose, but she rarely lets it go as such, keeping it well held with a hair-tie, as well as a pair of hair styling chopsticks. She keeps her bangs at a decent length, reaching to around the lower cheek, having one for the left and one for the right, they usually don't really bother or obscure her vision, and are there for looks. Her eyebrows are the same color as the head on her hair although a bit darker in hue, they are small in size, being natural looking basically, not being too thin, or too bushy. Her eyelashes are natural in length, avoiding extensions to them, at natural length they are long enough to bat, as well as short enough for it to not being a hassle.

Mayu keeps a fine body shape, slim, well toned, but not underweight, she keeps in shape, exercising and training daily, keeping with a muscular body, but without the overly large muscular body, just keeping to a well averaged and overall healthy build. Even with such a pompous appearance, she doesn't just sit on her rear all the time, keeping a healthy, well-cared for body is just as important as keeping proper etiquette to her, she doesn't want to be looked down upon for being out of shape, nor for being under training, or appearance. She doesn't go for looking too young or more older than she really is, staying with her age in visual appeal. Her bodily maturity fits upon the usual description, although her shoulder's are a bit broader than the usual feminine figure. Her neck as well is a bit elongated in appearance due to her height. She is about 5'11" in height and weighs about 138 lbs, most of that weight being in muscle, and bone weight rather body fat, although of course she has some as natural for her. Despite living in such a desert, with hot temperatures and a scorching sun, she keeps her skin far from being tan, spending most of her time indoors, training and working within a protected environment.

For the final step of describing Ms. Kokorooboe, it would have to be her choice of clothing, keeping to the finest silk wear, not only for appearance, but also for easy livability and movement. The clothing she wears is both practical and appealing to the eyes. Usually avoiding too revealing clothing though, she tries to keep a formal appearance at all times except when training, or doing some sort of arduous task where formality really isn't practical. For everyday wear though she is seen wearing some sort of kimono usually with a sandy, or orange or yellowish color, to fit with the theme of Sunakagure. The kimono isn't difficult for her to battle in, so if the situation of combat comes in, she will be ready to position herself for such a time. The kimono itself has a use as well, concealed weaponry and confusion is her method of combat, to appear helpless. Mayu tries to impress the officials and her higher ups, to stay in high standing, but also if combat is within the requirements, she will be ready to show she can fight just as well in formal clothing as in usual ninja gear. She wears sandals usually, but doesn't go out into wearing high heels or things of the sort, ever. Jewelry can be seen around her often, usually not going to gaudy though, just a necklace, and a pair of earrings is the usual jewelry, keeping to the Suna theme of course.

Personality:

First thing you might suspect of such a figure, Polite, a real tight-ass? Maybe? She certainly looks like the type to be polite, formal, secretary-like, and maybe she is to a certain extent. She is definably hardworking, scheduled, and planned out, but isn't that a good thing, to be well-prepared, intelligent, determined, all sign's of a successful person. Mayu tries her best to keep the image forced upon her, always with her manners, respect, and things of the sort, she will obviously be annoyed with the sign or hint of rude behavior, and aghast at her little mistakes. True enough Mayu is the type of person with no life, just following the perfect role of assistant, working to keep everything in control, or at least she tries. Keeping a calm, controlled personality is key, a controlled environment, look, and well regulated training. She's definitely suited for the role of a secretary, or second in command. Maybe, or maybe not, like every other person, she isn't only skin deep in her behavior. Reading books by their cover, not the best idea.

Mayu may be so polite, respectful, and hardworking, but does she like the persona posted on her face? Hell No! Manners don't mean anything to her, rebellion is the way to go, some control is sometimes needed, to avoid anarchy from raising, but change is important, a mixture of routine and change. Somethings stay the same, but the world is ever altering, progress must be made. Speaking out for herself is important, telling what needs to be said, opinions, how she truly feels about someone, on how stupid their idea is, how idiotic their plan is. Blunt, blatantly shouting out the answer. A different self, coexisting. If situations need change immediately, authority must speak out, the truth must be yelled out, or things must be fixed. A woman of action, but at the same time controlled and calm. Working, but with spunk, yet keeping a level tone. Mayu isn't proud, arrogant, or trying to do so, just trying her best, not beyond that, or any less. She doesn't love fancy food though, taste always comes before looks of the dish, if it looks like art, but tastes like crap, it's not food. Ice Cream is a personal favorite, although she tries to keep to a healthy diet, her idea of tasty isn't always related to sweet or spicy, bitter food can indeed be good tasting sometimes. Art isn't art unless it speaks to the viewer, a novel isn't a epic tale unless it speaks to the reader.

In short, she is polite, kind, reasonable, determined and hard working, everything a proper assistant should be, but she can also be authoritative, blunt, and rebellious, it all is determined by situation. She isn't the type to just rashly run in to do something though, she tries to plan out her decisions, even if it means a poorly constructed, simple one, she rarely just runs off impulse, she spends her money wisely, thus it's how she's able to have such high class clothing, yet not be all to rich, she uses her resources to her advantage, if there is a indoor public gym nearby, perfect for her, she doesn't need to go out and buy her own private one. A vast library nearby, she can study and research there rather making her own huge collection or archive. She spends her money wisely, her clothing is high quality, because it's made to last, but also to look good, for both the purpose of combat, and status. Her bluntness though can sometimes come out unprepared though, and sometimes she just says or acts according to her mind and how she feels, unintentionally though. She has good control of herself for the most part though and only does so under stress, or emotional instability.

The clan has the ability to summon forth after images, but also past images, although not exactly tampering with time to do so... Infact it has nothing to do with time, it's more of a mirage, or illusion. The clan members are able to create mirage images similar to Bushin clones, although they aren't only visually existing, they have the exact same scent as the clan member, as well as sound, density/etc, as if they were actual real clones of the user, but at the same time aren't physically there, not actually existing, merely a illusion. This isn't a Genjutsu, but actually a passive bloodline ninjutsu technique. The brain is a simple thing to confuse, one could literally have the brain alone without the body, but have it feel, see, smell, hear, through electrical signals throughout the neurons in the brain. The clan member's are capable of confusing the brain in the same way the brain itself sends signals, although at a extreme level though. They are capable of doing this by at a passive rate constantly expelling chakra, although only a minimal amount, thus not exhausting them, but clan members usually have a bit less stamina than the average person, getting tired easily with too much other chakra use.

Their specific chakra type allows them to manipulate ionic charges at an atomic level, although the actual process for the clan members isn't too difficult for them to do, their own brainwaves alone and thoughts control the chakra which in turn performs the deed they need done. The clan members are thus capable of at will causing anyone within range to see such illusions, feedback can be confused as well, thus the rate of neurons sending messages will be altered to those near clan members, may it be friend of foe, all will be affected, except the individual clan member. The range differs from how well the clan member can extend the reach of their controlled chakra. In short clan members can cause frame rate of senses, sequence rate, as well as nonexisting sensations to come into place, in a state of confusion to anyone near them. This is passive, but is a extremely difficult thing to use and master to the users advantage, often times it's the only type of jutsu they can actually use, beyond a dozen or so other jutsu and a specific fighting style, they are also limited to one type of element as well if following along in this jutsu path.

The clan members have approximately only 85% the usual stamina a normal shinobi would have, thus getting tired easily. This doesn't make them weak or anything, just that using other jutsu's rather their passive Kekkei Genkai for extended periods will tire them out quick, they aren't endurance based really unless solely relying on their Kekkei Genkai, in those cases they can last quite a while, in conjunction to a type of taijutsu, kenjutsu, or weaponry type fighting style, thus most clan members with the Kekkei Genkai become skilled masters of the Returning Photograph style in Ninjutsu, conjoining it with a fighting style using somewhat less and a more passive form of chakra. This mirage method of fighting isn't something that can be dispelled like Genjutsu, as it isn't, if anything it's having to directly pertaining to the mind itself, not only is it the actual electrical scientific method that performs this, but the psyche and chakra, somewhat how the famed Konoha Yamanaka clan is capable of transferring their mind, although of course being entirely different from the clan itself. Though the fact of the clans creation isn't all scientific and has many genetic and chakra related aspects, thus the reason for the limiting factors and specific leaking of the chakra.

With recent events within the clan itself, genetic mutations with the newer generation of shinobi within the past three decades have occurred, this is actually a intentional thing done by the clan of previous generations and is most likely the reason for the ultimate downfall of the clan itself. Thus almost all clan members, including those without the original initial Kekkei Genkai are affected. Such negative effects in all clan members are varied, but there are three most common. The first is known as Elemental Waltz, although is called by the respective users main element (Katon Waltz, Raiton Waltz, etc). The second of the three is known as Tribulation of Pain, like the first is called by the respective main element (Tribulation of Katon, Tribulation of Suiton, etc). The third is known as Fragile Medley, and respectively fitting the the element (Katon Medley, Doton Medley, etc).

The first is going along the lines of inability to using chakra to go walk on surfaces such as water, or along the side of a tree, but the user gains a unstable elemental affinity to their every step, as they keep in contact with the ground, or even in mid-air while jumping, their said main elemental nature will react to the environment, in some unfortunate cases it even goes to all forms of physical contact causing such effects. An example would be for a fire elemental oriented clan member, as they step a quick flaming burst will erupt around the area of ground impact, not directly under, but around, thus not propelling them with every step, but indeed catching fire to the ground they step upon, quite unfortunate indeed. For raiton oriented members, electricity would cackle around, suiton, water would splash, doton, the ground would shatter or rumble around them, and a Fuuton a small gust of wind. This is a passive, uncontrollable ability and is constantly active, similar to how the original Kekkei Genkai itself was passive, thus members have a constant leak of chakra, although it is minor, it requires good control. Member with both the original ability and the mutations do not end up suffering from greater chakra leakage, but instead simultaneously use the original chakra flow for both.

Another common negative effect in the clan that can replace the one before is the inability to release from Genjutsu through the use of Kai, of course clan members are capable of escaping Genjutsu through other means though, but it is quite the unfortunate disadvantage. Instead of kai though, the members are given the ability to elementally affiliate their chakra stream, thus causing them to send a charge of energy through their body, which ends up quite painful, as so their body is actually charged with the elemental energy, causing them some pain. They do not control when this change occurs, and it randomly occurs, just in their daily life. An example of a raiton natured member with this disorder would suffer from a electrical shock like pain every once in a while, an example of a katon natured member would feel a painful burning sensation, a doton a sharp piercing pain, a suiton a wet, shockingly chilling, like feeling, and a Fuuton a strong burst of pain somewhat like being slashed by a blade. This is as said, not controlled, so while doing daily activities, members with this might end up feeling pain randomly and end up on one knee, or while in a mission fall down in pain, it's only a short quick jolt though and the member can quickly recover after it, it isn't fatal in any way, but is quite annoying and stressful. It is not ignorable by any means and is quite noticeable by anyone nearby, it's quite a odd sight to see, as the member will often be walking casually, then fall down writhing in pain, then quite quickly get right back up. Members with this disorder actually do not use any passive chakra like the other disorders/the original Kekkei Genkai, and rather than having the usual lower stamina rates have high amounts of stamina and pain tolerance to other sorts of injuries, they also usually have stronger bodies and can move at greater speeds, as well as larger chakra reserves.

A third possible disorder of the clan, would be the lack of full controlled elemental chakra manifestation. One effect of this is in where the user is unable to fully place their chakra into chakra conductive weapons/etc, thus when using the weapon it has a more raw effect, rather than imbuing one's chakra in the absorbent item, it unstably gathers the said element toward the weapon, somewhat like it's half controlled. This doesn't happen at the wielders will though, but just at contact with chakra absorbent material, the user will fortunately not be directly affected by the elemental energy concentrating, such as a flame forming upon their weapon, or electricity cackling around it, but the weapon itself is fully liable to damage and even being destroyed, as well as being a conductor to indirectly damaging the user. So for example if a Katon elemented member were to touch a chakra blade, the blade would be covered in flames rather the usual chakra glow of the weapon, but in exchange the weapon would be heating up, and would soon become searing hot to the touch, causing difficulty in wielding such chakra weapons. For Raiton, the user would have electricity cackling around the weapon, but would be suffering from electrical shock through conduction in the metal. For Suiton the user would have a watery blade, capable of morphing and fluidly moving to the users will, but the users hand would be numb and incapable of forming handsigns afterward for a while. For Doton the user would have a powerful weapon capable of shattering earth, but would be fatigued quite quickly. For Fuuton the user would have slashes of wind at their disposal, but would be slashing their arm with said wind as they use such slashes. The user will also have unstable elemental jutsu, often having them go on more wild than usual, less controlled and more unpredictable. This style only uses passive chakra when in contact with said absorbent material, beyond that though it has no chakra use, for those with the original Kekkei Genkai, it manifests using the pre-existing leaking chakra and doesn't require extra chakra to come into use.

The Clan was founded in Sunakagure many years ago, not exactly as one of it's founding clans though, but as one of the later ones to arrive, immigrated from a smaller village. The clan was and still is a small clan, having been originated from a small group and only transferring genetically in men, but oddly enough only being a usable Kekkei Genkai in woman. So the father of the potential member had to be the father with the genes transferable, and the ones with the gene showing would have to be a daughter. So the only members of the clan capable of using the Kekkei Genkai would be the women, but the ones having the genes available for transfer at conception are the men. So thus tracing the gene itself within the clan was a very difficult task, as it would not appear until a female member obtained the ability, even so then it would be known that the member wouldn't be capable of spreading the line, so either another son would be needed in the immediate family to continue on the line. The Kekkei Genkai came into existence through scientific engineering and experimenting, but also through genetics and the actual chakra of the clan members, many other factors came into place as well, but such information is long forgotten, as most archival data within the clan has long been lost through immigration.

It began in a small village, before it was even a clan, it stayed small and eventually the group moved to several other villages all over the regional areas, going to several countries infact, but eventually the clan itself settled in a larger village for better protection, this village being Sunakagure, it was then where actual major documentation began, although even so, not all to major, but the most recorded of anywhere. It was there where they stood stable, actual got permanent homes, and housed their clan Headquarters. Not much happened in Kokorooboe clan history though unfortunately, as least that's known within the archives. They kept quiet, and to themselves while in Suna, being stuck with small time jobs, or becoming not well known shinobi, only recently have they tried to strive. Attempting to get into high positions, although the numbers are relatively low and growth of the Kekkei Genkai is but difficult to follow along, in fact it's a growing clan, minuscule in relativity increasing in number. Members without the Kekkei Genkai are quite common, only a few of the noble lines within the family actually have the ability somewhat trace, even so though, not many have it even within the noted. Those who end up born with the Kekkei Genkai are trained to get into high positions such as possibly reaching for Kazekage, or as a ANBU member, or other well respected position. Thus they are trained extensively and made to fit what is required for such a status.

The clan although not having all the archival data explaining things within the members, has things other than the Kekkei Genkai itself, each individual member builds upon their own method and style of using the ability, as with limited resources and limited members with the ability, no formal method of use is in conduct. The clan members thus never really created a exact method of using the Kekkei Genkai and it differs for each generation and the specific individual member. The social order was created just as any other clan, as they got money they built a place for clan members to live, with private gyms, pools, and the usual things. Thus being separated within the clan itself upon money status, but also upon social status within the sand in recent years. The clan apparently long ago made pacts altering the genes for the clan and the abilities of the Kekkei Genkai, and most recently such has been seen in recent members of the generation born with the ability, and even those born without the original ability. The dealings with demonic spirits and such has thus altered the clan somewhat, and the total structure itself. The clan has recently fallen into disrepair and the financial amounts of the clan are quite low, the only thing really keeping the clan from falling into utter chaos would be the extremely slow, even considered irrelevantly minor growth, and the few clan members who have been capable of getting themselves into the major locations of Suna government, or high within the shinobi ranks.

As of present day, the clan is poor, and is all but gone, the actual clan grounds are in ruins, only drunkards living there, or any homeless of Sunakagure live there now. The common clan members are scattered throughout Sunakagure looking for jobs, or having minor positions in Suna, possibly in the shinobi forces. The clan members who had been well trained and eventually ended up with high positions are in those positions working harder than ever to possibly repair their family name. The clan still meets kind of like a distant family, upon holidays they gather around the richest of the clan members, celebrating at their home, even not on holidays these gatherings occur, often to mooch off that particular individual. The clan currently has a bad reputation, save for those specific individuals who have status.

Clan Techniques: *Note, each individual members invents their own jutsus pertaining to their fighting style, using the Kekkei Genkai or disorder of the ability, following along what the actual ability is. So someone with the original Kekkei Genkai might use it in their own preferred way, inventing their own style and jutsus to come with it. How to use their gifts or curses to their advantage. The clan itself has no actual clan jutsu techniques and are created by the individual clan members, only those within the clan itself can use the exact technique, but they can be taught to a pupil or such, as those with the same disorders/original Kekkei Genkai could potentially teach another their technique.

Kokorooboe Clan Kekkei Genkai Mastery: Mayu is one of the few rare members within the clan with the original clan Kekkei Genkai. It's rare, but she isn't the only one with the ability, her grandmother had the Kekkei Genkai as common within the families to skip a generation, for it to reappear later, and was able to begin vigorous training from a young age. Her mother taking over after her Grandmother's death, even if Mayu's mother didn't have the ability, she still had her create her own method of using the Kekkei Genkai, and had her practice it rigorously. To uptake the families name, as all others with the ability Mayu was heavily trained in the art of using the Henkan Shashin ability, and has mastered it to fully using it's abilities to her advantage. As a result of the Original clan Kekkei Genkai though, she has only 85% the usual stamina that a normal shinobi would have, thus by using too many jutsu she will grow tired quickly, thus when she fights she tries to use only passive continual jutsu, or few if any to combat. She is also due to her Kekkei Genkai limited to the Raiton nature only and is unable to use other elemental jutsu. She has a high range rate, higher than the usual of her clan, capable of reaching areas several meters away, thus leading her useful against a close-medium ranged fighter, but not as much to a far ranged one. Although a master of her ability and using it, she still has room for change, hoping to invent new ways to use her ability.
Kokorooboe Disorder Raiton Medley Mastery: Like most almost everyone in the Kokorooboe clan, Mayu was born with a genetic disorder that was purposely intended by the genetic structure of her parents, as the clan hoped for everyone. She was born with the third most common form of the disorder, but even with the issues involving such a jutsu, she adapted to use it wisely and to her advantage. Creating her own style, mastering it, and even creating jutsu which wouldn't be too potentially harmful if ruined by her wild chakra. She has learned to use the disorder effectively, and to her it isn't too much of a hinderance now. Rather yet it's what defines her combat style.
Naturally Large Chakra Reserve: Although the clan members with the original Kekkei Genkai end up using lots of stamina and tire out when using too many other jutsu beyond their ability, Mayu was born with more chakra than the usual shinobi, although she is still limited by her easy exhaustion, she can use more powerful jutsu in terms of quality rather quantity. So although she can only use a certain amount of jutsu until she gets tired, she is able to use stronger powered jutsu at the same amount of tire as the lower leveled ones. And respectively the lower ranked jutsu are thus at a lower amount of exhaustion. She has good chakra control for her age, and her skill level, but still needs to be careful and cautious about her chakra usage.
Extreme Speeds: Both in doing hand signs and in combative movements, Mayu is a skilled shinobi, one of the top shinobi in Suna, she has learned how to optimize her jutsus, although she only has a few jutsu due to the required study and practice in her Kekkei Genkai, as well as daily concentration to keep it stable, she has learned to increase her speed greatly so if she gets a chance to use a jutsu, she does it instantly without being halted. Her speeds are incredible if anything one of the fastest in Suna, her movement speed is one of the most important aspects of her style of combat and she has trained that alongside her hand sign making speed. She is also a master at one handed hand sign making for molding chakra for jutsu.
Weaponry Expert: Her movement, attacking, all such things are quick, speed is an important factor, thus she keeps to have her weaponry fighting at optimum use, capable of keeping up with even the most quickest taijutsu masters, because she herself is a weaponry expert. She has to keep her speed up, on par and ever better than some of the speediest of shinobi, high-speed is one thing that has given her the S-rank title, and the title Mirage, although part of that might be from her Kekkei Genkai. She is skilled with all weapons of all types, discluding though certain exotics that she may never have seen, but beyond personal weapons exotically built, she can even use those from other lands, or uncommonly used with the skill of a master. She tends to stick with certain weapons that she is most proficient with though, such as the Tessen, if anything her most favorite weapon. Her accuracy and speed with the weapon is great, as is her strength, although not super powered, she uses her limits wisely, if one doesn't have the strength of the ox, the cunning of the raven comes next to solving a brute problem. Thus she is strategically skilled as well as tactically capable of solving issues.

Special Abilities: This Tattoo itself is Mayu's weapon, it is not a summoning tattoo, but rather yet a focus for her chakra, passively circulating her chakra through the Tattoo, allows its use. The Tattoo if active can be used to focus the passive Kokorooboe chakra around her into definite shape and solid form, or at least a concentrated for the chakra. It can be turned into any form she desires, such as senbon, swords, etc. although the more weapons formed, more chakra used, also the more concentrated the weapon in chakra, the more is used. The Chakra being from the special Kokorooboe clans bloodline, it is thus capable of controlling electricity and creating it within the chakras area. As Mayu has the third disorder of the clan, the electricity itself is unstable while concentrated into such forms as such, thus the cackle of electricity is seen around the formed weapons. If contacted it will cause a electrical shock to whoever touches it, including Mayu. The chakra is floating though, rather than being held by her, thus keeping her from harming herself seriously from it. Although formed into a definite shape, they are used differently than how a actual weapon would be, instead being used for a different method than would a actual weapon. The Kokorooboe chakra weapon is capable of bursting into a large web of electrical energy at the users will, and not at the contact of a physical object, thus the actual weapons bypass through solid objects, although the electrical shock will still be in effect throughout passing through the object due to the third disorder. The electrical web that bursts forth rather than causing electrical damage, paralyzes any nervous action as long as the nerves are in the area, this can be fatally dangerous if one's head is caught in the web. The web lasts according to how long the user concentrates chakra into the specific weapon, as well as the webs range. Typically a weak sized web reaches to about the size of a couple meters round, about the height of a average person in diameter. While using this though, the usual Kokorooboe Kekkei Genkai isn't usable, unless right next to her opponent. The web is movable and manipulative to her will, by altering it's shape only though, it cannot leave the basic area of where it has burst, it can though be recollected by Mayu by walking near the location, Mayu herself is not affected by the weapon, except the electrical energy from touching it.
Origin: The weapon was created by Mayu herself, keeping in mind to her fighting style and so, it was a useful and unexpected tool for her use, she planned it out and strategically decided on how it would come into play, it is a fairly recent made weapon, being made a couple years ago by her. She made the seal with the help of another Kokorooboe clan member, who was mastering their own art of Fuuinjutsu.

Special Abilities: The weapon was crafted by special means, through a close friend of Mayu's that was a blacksmith, the weapon itself is partially made out of chakra responsive material, that is used in chakra weapons. There is a specific area where Mayu can hold the weapon casually without it having the electrical charge due to her disorder. The Tessen itself is a weapon, the edge being bladed and it's blade being separated into segments capable of being pulled out and thrown like a throwing knife. It is quite durable and the actual design portion, usually of paper is actually made out of metal, the whole fan is nicely decorated to keep it looking like an ordinary fan and to hide it's lethal and metallic look. The fan is also very aerodynamic making it perfect for tossing around and catching, that is if the user is using it. The Tessen has a chain attached on the bottom which runs along the bottom side of the forearm, staying hidden and silent. The Tessen can be retrieved through the chain and moved through it without having it Chakra conductible as the chain isn't made out of such material and is of non respondent material. The Tessen has a secondary use as a summoning focus, it has a summoning seal on the back which through blood of course can be used to summon weapons. These weapons can be fired out through the Tessen itself with force, or used individually by Mayu. All the summoned weapons are partially chakra absorbent, certain areas being made out of normal material to allow Mayu to use it without being shocked. The summoned weapons are retrieved or restocked after combat.

Origin: The fighting style Mayu used ever since she was a Genin, focused on using many weapons, in conjunction to her Kekkei Genkai and fighting style, as well as disorder. Mayu had her weapons crafted by her own personal blacksmith hired by her parents and eventually continually paid as she moved away from them. She is a close friend with her blacksmith and has strong trust with him. She started with a few weapons and eventually had more and more weapons crafted and built.

Background Information

Pre-Academy Arc

Mayu was born into the Kokorooboe clan as the first daughter within one of the noble families in the clan, she was changed in genetic layout as were almost all children of around her generation, to have the disorder now common in the clan. She was lucky to be born with the original Kekkei Genkai, or maybe she wasn't... It appeared at birth as all members with the ability do, and with that was placed under intensive training and care from a young age, instead of being played with a socially interacted with, she was trained through infant courses specific for the clans Kekkei Genkai born infants. She didn't have much choice, although it wasn't all too bad, of course she could have been happier with normal love and affection, but the training was just as interesting as curiosity could have sent a baby. Mayu was trained by her Grandmother and several other elder, previous generation clan members with the Kekkei Genkai, being taught control and guided in the right way for her abilities.

As she grew out of infancy she was trained in more vigorous and difficult trainings, as she was able to understand things, and such. She was heavily worked, making sure to perfect such processes, to make her family name all so great. It was here that her life got a bit worse, the infant training wasn't too bad as they didn't expect all too much from a baby, but now that she was capable of understanding language and certain concepts they were able to train her as they wished. Mayu worked and worked, going under much stress, she was given freetime every so often though, using it to spend time with her friends within the clan, members also going through the same training, but also with those of the lower status. She had some difficult times, but pasted through with the encouragement of friends. Her mother wasn't born with the clan ability, but was still strict with the training, she also took over once Mayu's grandmother died, not only did she care for her training, but also caring for her looks and such for the future, only for positions in Suna, rather the usual motherly love. Her father just stood back and watched as her life passed by.

Academy Arc

It was around the time Mayu went to Academy that her parents had a second child, a son, whom they hoped had the genes for the next generation. They took to giving him a difficult life as well, although not as difficult as Mayu's. Mayu was pressed harder in the Academy, making sure that she was to graduate as early as possible, but still to learn everything the other students were in less time. She was worked into getting the concepts, getting the highest grades, making sure she had everything perfect to becoming a top skilled student, and eventually a top ranked ninja. She tried making friends in school though, despite being advised not to, whenever she got a chance she played with them, ignoring the punishments she received when found out. It was there that she made many connections with other students, being close friends with a couple. She was no longer punished for hanging out with them after arguing to her parents that making friends would bring friends in high places later. So she was able to hang out and train simultaneously, as she worked, she was able to chat, or whenever she took breaks, she would talk with them. It didn't take long for Mayu to graduate academy with flying colors around the young age of 6, a genius of her age, or at least heavily overworked and stressed to being so...

Genin Arc

Mayu was rushed into a squad once she graduated, working through request with the highest, most skilled shinobi of her generation, being placed with those having similar test scores to her, through careful workings within the clan to do so. Mayu was thus given a strict, hardworking, teacher, as well as well-trained shinobi team members. Mayu though didn't have a bad time, she was able to talk with the other kids in her group, relate to them, get close, have wonderful conversations, whenever in a mission they were to split, she would take that time to get to know them, whenever their teacher wasn't watching. Even so, eventually their teacher opened up to the group, talking with them and telling stories and such, if anything he wasn't such a bad guy, Mayu was able to relate to him as he spoke, and the group was able to converse well, despite being so strict, he actually was quite soft on the inside, being talkative and such, thus Mayu had the most fun while on missions with her squad, when she trained at home, she was inspired into doing well, so as to stay along side her squad as they advanced.

As the Chunnin exams began, she and her squad immediately joined in, they trained hard together, but Mayu was removed from their training by their squad leader to be individually, and personally trained by her mother and the clan elders. It was around this time though where the clan was deep in falling apart, soon to fully be destroyed in terms of finances. She was able to get adequate training though before the clan went bankrupt. She still continued to train, but now did so with her group, continuing on what she had learned from her mother and elder clan members. Mayu went in prepared as were her squad mates. They excelled wonderfully, a bit too well, by the time of the preliminaries, she ended up watching her squad mates kill each other in combat, unfortunately for her, she was the only one of her squad to continue to the finals. Mayu went to the finals, surviving till the end, she didn't win the tourney though, but was able to pass to Chunnin. She didn't celebrate though, instead she mourned for those lost through the exams. Without any money in the clan, she was placed to support the immediate family alongside her brother, and father. She continued training though on her own, just through her own determination to get to higher positions, possibly she could change the ways of the ninja world that way.

Chunnin Arc

It was at the age of 7 that she started life as a Chunnin rank ninja. As a Chunnin she mainly did solo missions, occasionally being given duet missions with other random Chunnins, she made a few acquaintances along the road, making non-shinobi friends at missions on ocassion. Her personality that she had been trained to have, her masking persona was nice in getting friends, often so with her kind outward personality she was well liked. She soon got the attention of the Kazekage at that time, being quickly granted to Jounin position, for how well she did overall, both in skill and talent, but also in people skills and ability to work well with others, she showed good leadership and ability, all good features of a Jounin, she had actually gained much favor with the Kazekage, being one of his most favorite shinobi within the village. Her Chunnin life wasn't all too long, but she got much done in the time frame of two years.

Jounin Arc

Now a Jounin at age 9, being incredibly young for her age, she was often looked down upon by the others, and wasn't given a position as a squad leader for the first year. She mainly just continued on as she had as a Chunnin, although doing much harder missions of course. She was placed into missions with Chunnin and Genin, not as a squad leader, but instead as another member as another Jounin of older age was placed in. As time passed though the other ninja saw her capabilities as a Jounin and came to accept her into their social circle, despite her young age. At the age of 11 she was seen as a potentially capable Jounin squad leader and was given one so. She was placed into simple missions with her squad at first, seeing how well she could do without her Genin being injured or killed. She did well at first, and continued to do well as time passed. Her parents were obviously impressed by this, as were the other clan members, seeing her as having potential to reviving the clan, then again... they saw this with basically all the other clan members that went through the same training as her. Sure there were age differences between her and the other Jounin of her clan, but there wasn't any specific talent that she had beyond being quite speedy in her ranking. There wasn't anything interesting about her, she was skilled, but nothing stood out.

She didn't really care though, at this point she grew out of the personality forced upon her, making her own personality as she saw fit, how she felt on life and such, although she often kept it down under in her mind. She trained and trained, not exactly caring about the purpose of bringing honor to her family, instead working hard to save the countless lives of children who had to go through such bothersome labor. People weren't just tools to her, and they weren't best to be used as such, she didn't like being seen as a way for family honor to rise, instead she wanted to strive for her own reasons. Mayu trained and trained continually, she soon heard of the Sunagakure ANBU squad and decided it was another step to becoming a better ninja, she left her Genin squad as they went on to becoming Chunnin and went on to becoming a ANBU squad member, training under a good teacher. Her request was accepted and thus she joined the ANBU at age 12.

ANBU Arc

Mayu was an ANBU now, she hoped to become closer with the Kazekage of the time, possibly to be chosen as the next Kazekage if he ever was to choose a successor. So thus she took any mission involving protecting the Kazekage or having to do with him. She also went on the usual ANBU missions though, excelling as usual, she also trained as usual. Not much interesting things happened in her ANBU time's, she eventually ended up as a ANBU captain at age 14, leading her squad through many difficult missions, always turning out successful in the end. It was after two more years that she was requested by the Kazekage to become his assistant, she happily accepted, but was hoping for more.

Assistant Arc

As the Assistant to the Kazekage her family was certainly proud, seeing her as the closest thing to reviving the clan at the moment. She got good money and was capable of supporting her family, and several other families within the clan, she was still a minor though, only being 16, so thus she still lived with her family following their rules and their requests. Unfortunately for her, she didn't listen to them and soon enough the Kazekage died after a couple years, her never being turned into the new Kazekage. As the new Kazekage came into office, Mayu stayed in the same office due to her good work and everything. She worked for him and the Kazekages to come up to the current day. She occasionally controlled the village whenever the Kazekage went out on important issues, and did good jobs up to the current day.

She moved out to live on her own once she reached the age of 18, and tried her best to keep out of the clans business. She still continued to give money to the clan though, feeling a moral obligation to keep them out of the streets. She though didn't follow their advice, nor their desires. She followed what she wanted to follow, using her skills and abilities to her advantage, hopefully to make Suna a better place, maybe one day she would become Kazekage, but as for now an assistant is the next best thing.

"Don't cry... Don't cry..." the voice of Akane's father years ago, rang within her ears. She had somehow reverted to a infant, the Akane she was 17 years ago. She was dreaming... the day she had been adopted by her foster parents, the day she was hidden as a Inuzuka. It was a gloomy, moist day, the grey rolling clouds covered the endless skies. The day her own mother had abandoned her, more yet discarded her. Akane wasn't the only one, she had several siblings, all which died on the streets, her mother had no love for them, no compassion, she didn't care what happened to them. Some were kidnapped and raped by horrible men, others were devoured by stray dogs sneaking through the alleys, others starving into mere skin and bones. All of Akane's siblings whom she had never met, all of them were dead. No parent to love or care...

She happened to be fortunate, she received the love of a parent, the nurturing of a mother, the compassion of a father, even lucky enough to have the care of siblings, two brothers to be exact. She lived a happy life with her foster family, funny how the entire time she had never known of her true origins, she never even questioned about whether she was their biological daughter, she never felt different could that be why? They treated her like Inuzuka, they fed her like they would themselves, they taught her their arts, told their secrets, trained her in their techniques, she went through the events, she even gained a companion. She didn't have many years with her entire family, but the years that she spent with them were wonderful. Akane's family slowly began breaking as years passed, Akane eventually learned that it was because of her... in order for her ability to be unlocked one must suffer losing everyone gradually. They had to experience losing them, they couldn't just be a infant and have no idea on the death of their loved ones. They had to be old enough to understand what death was, and had to watch it unravel through the course of life, not in one sitting, but all throughout the pathway of living.

Death came stealing her family one by one, eventually leaving her with her grandmother, who as time passed, left with death as well. Even Hana her companion left, leaving her alone. The death of her grandmother was her own doing, he own foolishness that killed the last family she had... even if it wasn't her true family. Then again what defines ones true family, the biological mother and father who gave birth to the child? Or the ones who cared and loved the child before them? In Akane's case her foster family replaced the role of her original family, the pain of losing them as great as a real one, possibly even beyond. She still couldn't understand many things about life... the questions were to great in multitude as one was discovered it gave birth to dozens more... Pondering about life was a decision that led to ones untimely death. Akane decided to simplify life into one main goal, she made hers to help everyone... including her enemies, animals, humans, the poor, the rich, those in hospitals, those in perfect physical shape. She was going to help people with her Medical abilities, but also with empathy, she would try and help people with their emotions. Was it her job to do so? Not really, but she decided to take the position, with her abilities she was ideal for the position, even if it meant sacrificing her time for discovering herself. She had discovered enough on personal issues, hers would stay endless. Her goal was unreasonable, and basically impossible, she would never accomplish it, but in truth she didn't really have a reason to live, did anyone? She decided to stick with the goal of helping everyone with all her heart, at least until she found something more reachable.

Funny how Akane was capable of thinking and choosing her actions within her dreams, she could possibly see how her life would've turned out if she acted differently, but residing in the past wasn't important, what was done is done, tampering with the past wasn't wise. Usually from doing so more issues arise, it's better to look to the future, thinking on what one can do, rather than what one should have done. After all, you cannot change the past... Akane could build her own dreams on her will, but she decided not to, she left her dreams to naturally happen, she enjoyed them better that way, not everyone has to be directed in a specific direction, sometimes just watching to see where the river goes is a better thing to do. Shaping a river destroys potential things from coming into being, she didn't wish to do so... Possibly it was time to awake? Akane planned on waking up, on getting up to her morning, but she was interrupted on the way of leaving her dreams.

She woke to the sound of screaming, to the cries of pain, she stood watching a scene, she was no longer in her own dreams. Akane had the ability of using her powers within rest, not exactly mastered with this ability though, often leading to her invading others memories without her will or their consent. She was watching a young boy kill multitudes of children, for some odd reason the boy seemed familiar... as if she had seen him long ago. This boy was killing the others with his bones, she watched as long blades of calcium, shaped into weapons of death pierced through the other students ripping through their skin, and muscle. She watched as blood spilled, falling like rain onto a once clean floor. A Massacre... something though Akane could change, she could easily alter this dream, but she stayed still, she wasn't even suppose to be within this persons memories, watching what they visioned. She just stood there watching the scene invisible to the dreamer and the people within the memory. She removed her emotions while watching this, not having any need to express something, she waited till the flashback was ended, as the person awoke.

Jumping from her bed of leaves, waking to the sound of mourning birds singing their sad melodies. At the moment she awoke she remembered where she was and what she was doing. She had gone to the Village of the Moon, the area surrounding it to investigate the location of a possible criminal, she had no intentions though of killing, nor arresting this criminal, rather yet she wished to help him or her. This criminal was a high ranked shinobi, he was wanted, she though was going to try and fix their reasons, help their mind, fix their thoughts. It was a moist morning only seconds after the suns rising, She gracefully got up, softly brushing off the leaves from her beautiful lavender and evening red dress, it was floor length, but at the same time wasn't a burden. She wore strange clothing compared to most shinobi, Akane didn't wear clothing that would seem ideal for battle or missions. Rather they were more based for social interactions to make the person facing her feel comfortable with talking to her, along with feel her to be a gentle and kind person willing no harm. Even so... Akane was more than capable of fighting in this clothing, she had grown up training in this type of clothing, she was far used to it by now. There are advantages of wearing a dress in battle.

She wasn't planning on fighting though, but even so she would be prepared if battle was impossible to avoid. Akane could feel the emotions of all around her, there was a disturbance somewhere, a emotional release of large portions, she could easily feel it without analysis of emotional discharge, she could feel it without any difficulty. Akane also could tell that the location was the area that the dreamer had happened to be, the dream... it was strange, something she wasn't expecting, but she could understand the person and his feelings, it was something she could feel and understand even if she herself hadn't been in the situation. Possibly she could help this person, they were experiencing immense emotional trauma, they needed help. Whether or not it was a good person or bad person was irrelevant. She would be leaving her mission for sometime to examine this person, or possibly she could be closing the investigation to its end?

Maybe she shouldn't bother this person? She would never think that, she was going to help whoever she could even if it meant her death, but she wasn't going to foolishly toss her life away, that would be voiding her help potential for years to come, she would try to help as many people within her lifetime as possible till she could discover a different goal to find. Akane wouldn't rush toward this person though, she didn't want to seem like a shinobi hunting down a criminal, she wanted to seem like a kind young woman, seeing to aid everyone in their issues. It was in her mission to hunt down criminals and bring them to justice, but what exactly is justice? Is justice killing someone for killing another person, but wouldn't that be making the one dealing justice just as unrighteous? She had no ability to deal judgment or punishment, she wasn't a goddess, she wasn't a ruler, she was just a humble shinobi who lived within a small cottage at the edge of the woods. She didn't need money or fame, she didn't want it either, she didn't care of pride, or love from the people. Akane didn't make much money in truth, she didn't complete her missions exactly, she changed the people though that she was required to hunt, sometimes she did make money in the situation where someone had basically lost their soul, becoming unchangeable emotionally. She hunted them gathering the money from the bounty, but rather feeling negative about the money, seeing as it was from the blood of another living creature.

Akane donated the majority of the money she made, she kept only what she needed, all other funds went to supporting orphanages within Konoha, or in hospitals for the patients that couldn't afford the surgeries. She had also donated money within Kirigakure in the past, but most likely the money she donated was stolen by the Mizukage as it was somewhat a dictatorship in the mist. Then again she had never personally met the Kage there, only hearing rumors of him. She couldn't judge him on the rumors, hopefully she just wished that the money she donated to the mist went to good purpose being payed to make orphanages, to help the tear filled children of Kirigakure. Akane was capable of thinking about many things at once, a useful skill for pondering on life, she tried avoiding it as it often let to plots which let to eventual corruption, but she kept a more neutral and self-less face for those ponders thinking on others rather on herself.

Akane had already began her silent walk toward the location of the emotional distress, by now she could see the sun reflecting the beautiful dew on the leaves within the trees, along with the glistening grass beneath her feet. She could in someway understand the plants and their feelings, she couldn't talk to them or force them into doing anything exactly, but it was nice to feel the richness in their emotions, after all plants are living things, organisms just as humans and animals are. Akane could feel the various squirrels, doves, mice, and other animals crawling, chirping, and skittering through the woods as she walked, she had a smile on her face, enjoying the sight of life, feeling the aphorism of nature and its beauty. She began to frown a bit after thinking about how people killed life, destroyed nature and tortured each other... she soon cleared the thought out of her head, attempting to remove those thoughts.

Nearing the location of the emotions, Akane began to walk closer, hoping not to startle or bother the person. She didn't exactly know if the person was friendly, or dangerous. As she approached she could hear crying, it sounded close, but beyond that she could also smell the scent of blood. The feel of the area was of sorrow and carnage, she wasn't sure what to do for a few moments, but soon enough the vision came clear to her. She quietly stood waiting listening intently to the persons words. She could feel fear and regret coming from the person. She couldn't see his face as his back was turned, but she could tell that this person was male. She could feel him trying to hide the feelings, it didn't matter to Akane she could feel them, as long as they existed they were analyzable. He tried to stop crying, trying to shut out his emotions... He laid down, and told himself that it was only a dream. Akane had seen his dream, it wasn't just a dream and he knew it, she could tell as well, it was a memory, he was a Kaguya, yet what was he doing in the Moon? She looked at him feeling some pity, but quickly turned her pity into determination to help him.

Akane watched as he looked at the clouds, soon enough she watched as his emotions released again, yelling out the loud swear, then he began to cry once again. Akane was tempted to go out and help him now, he was having a emotional burst right now. Soon enough he went straight back onto the ground crying to himself, releasing it all out, or at least trying to. Akane looked at the area around him, dead bodies were everywhere, blood bathing the grass, shining with cold, no longer living... Akane saw dismembered limbs and heads as well, she saw as he went into another emotional explosion, he had calmed down slightly from resting, but his emotions rose as he saw the bodies. Akane had noticed the bodies when she had first arrived, but she didn't react, she couldn't save them, their lives had been lost sometime past. Possibly though she could try to heal them, but she didn't expect it to happen. The guy soon began to talk about someone named Emma, possibly he knew these people? Akane couldn't be sure, he looked relieved after looking at the female body. That woman wasn't the Emma he was worrying about at least. He gave a final look at them and left, he couldn't take it. As soon as he left, she didn't pursue yet, he needed a little alone time, that time was enough for Akane to examine the bodies and try to save them if she could.

No pulse... No life... dead... They were all dead, she tried, but was unable to do anything, she knew where his location was, he had gone not too far from the field and from Akane's sense of smell there was a nearby beach along with water. From what she experienced and felt, he hadn't killed these people consciously, but he had still killed them... Was it exactly his fault? She couldn't judge that, she was going to try and help him. Possibly though he could be the criminal that she was looking for, maybe multiple events as such could have caused him to be a criminal? Called guilty for his deeds of killing people in his sleep? Maybe he couldn't control himself when asleep, somewhat like sleepwalking, but rather sleep killing? This problem can be healed if Akane monitored him and kept him stable... maybe she could help him... he would just need to cooperate. She began to follow his direction walking softly and with care, she saw him on a beach, he was crying, letting the tears out to the fullest. He was feeling misunderstood, he was feeling many things, she could see them... maybe now would be the best time, but also possibly the worst...

He was covered in blood, the blood tainted the sand, the blood of innocents, but it wasn't him who killed them, it was his lack of emotional control. He began to vomit, releasing things into the water. He was having another emotional hallucination, such as the time at the field... That was one thing interesting about emotions, they were like drugs if unregulated, overdosed, and let loose. She was going to control these emotional explosions or at least try to help him. She stood there and waited... he began to cry again then ran off once again. She walked onto the beach no longer hiding from him. She was some distance away so her appearance would be vague, but she could see where he was as he could see her. He took out a weapon, he was ready to attack if she came to near. Akane didn't fear him, even if he was dangerous potentially. She walked toward him gracefully on the sand, wearing sandals ideal for the beach, her dress flowing behind her. A slight zephyr brushed her hair back making it move like the waves of the lake.

The guy fell, he was now down, he had tripped in his fear and stress. He didn't want another person to be there most likely, she placed the emotions of kindness, and of her being a gentle person within him, she also released a majority of his stress, hostility and fear. She didn't go all out, just keeping to a passive level, trying to make him feel her to be trustworthy, someone who could help him. She just stood normally now next to him, she gave a small smile ensuring she meant him no harm. She put a hand out, "Would you like a hand..." She said in a calm, yet kind voice, she stood there with her soft, angelic hands reaching out to help him up. Hopefully he would accept the offer? She hoped he wouldn't attack, she lowered the odds greatly of him attacking with her ability to change ones emotions, when she used the ability it just happened they didn't feel as if some other force was tampering with them, and for the most part her ability was extremely potent, unless one was entirely emotionless and had extreme will against her and the feelings she gave they usually shone through. Akane had no look of hostility, she didn't carry any weapons with her, only holding a small medical aid kit. She didn't wish to fight, if he was to attack she wouldn't attack back, she had no ill feelings toward him. He looked strangely familiar though... more than before, she tried to image the young version and this older one mixed together. She wasn't the best with names, but was sure she had met him before...

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. The ability used by the clan allows the user to basically cause them to see things out of sequence in the order of things happening, as well as affect the rate of the things happening, along with the afterimage and repetition of things in the visual, auditory, and other sensory signals. Through the confusion and altering of the action potential in nerves within the brain, through the use of their chakra this is done. Although this is only usable within a certain area of range in which the users chakra is in, in a close-mid range area. The chakra field causes the same effect to everyone within the field except the user who is immune to their own chakra. The jutsu is by the users will, and doesn't require any handsigns of any kind, it's a natural passive skill that the user has on at all times. It requires very minimal amounts regardless of how complex as it uses the same chakra field around the user. Thus with the opponents senses in wack it makes people with this ability difficult to fight with. One can't always trust their senses, or their mind. This is not Genjutsu and is a actual physical betrayal of ones brain, thus Genjutsu Kai doesn't release one from such mental illusions, by getting out of said location, or using chakra based shielding one can halt the process, but even things such as the Byakugan and Sharingan cannot see past and see the user through the field as they are not outlined within the chakra field of vision.

Along side her natural passive Kekkei Genkai, when using this she can confuse her opponent on her location, or if she is even actually attacking, and from what angle, and on her location and speed and sequence. It can also be tossed at an opponent to cause damage in the throw itself, catching it while near the opponent, to get rapid strikes in succession. The faster the movement the more difficult to avoid or calculate upon the users location. In addition, electrical chakra will be slashing at the opponent. This requires no handsigns to perform and is just usable by Mayu passively.

The user will place their weapon in the air, using the clan Kekkei Genkai any electrical energy that comes within Mayu's range, through the transfer of electrons in the molecules will end up instantly being conducted into her weapon's electrical charge, working as a super conductor, this includes natural electricty that may just be in the area, or electrical energy coming to attack her, strike her, or in another weapon, etc. The electrical energy will be concentrated and heavily controlled in Mayu's weapon, and probably cause massive pain to her arm if she holds it for too long. She can choose to toss it around as usual in her fighting style, but it'll only gather electricity in the moments of her holding it prior to tossing. Eventually the electricity will gather though. According to how much electrical energy is gathered the more damage is dealt with the actual attack. The second part to the ability is when the electrical energy in the weapon is actually used. The first part is passive and whatever unused energy stays passive in the weapon, but once going to step 2 a variety of electrical based attacks can be used. Either a pre-existing electrical jutsu Mayu can use is available using that store electricity instead of the chakra in the jutsu/etc, or by continually attacking with the fan passively with the stored electrical energy, or through powerful techniques of electricity release. Thus the user can release the electricity back to the opponent in a powerful attack of catastrophoic levels if enough is charged.

A brilliant roleplay sample isn't enough to justify such a rank. Especially considering roleplaying is usually pretty limited when your a Kage. Elder Sage is a brilliant Kazekage, we would be foolish to let him go, but due to his inactivity, Akane here is filling in the temporary position.

The faster the movement the more difficult to avoid or calculate upon the users location. In addition, electrical chakra will be slashing at the opponent. This requires no handsigns to perform and is just usable by Mayu passively.

The range would have to stated like the other jutsu. But this seems to be OP, and a kind of "sure-kill" technique. It would have to have major drawbacks and less scale of atom destruction.

Someone can do the weaponary techniques, As I did not get onto them yet.

The range of how far you can throw the object basically... But the chakra itself is limited to how much you store in it, so for the shurikan method of using it, it can continue to spin and move through the air, but it'll lose the special feature eventually according to how much chakra you put. For the elemental pillar same thing, it'll last as long as the amount of chakra sustains it, as does the blast of elemental energy.

The range depends on the user, not only on rank, but the individual, I guess it goes to about 10 meters though for my character? And it works for as far as the range, not sure why you asked that twice though...? It's lightning as it's the clan technique that uses the use of electrons/etc, so electrical chakra and such to cause this to happen >.<... Kind of described it in the clan already. Not sure on what you want me to do.

It is activated, didn't you read at the beginning?... What might the issue be of it being passive and passively using chakra? It blocks through the use of basically just pushing back the incoming attack with electrical energy I guess, so if a fireball comes, basically a clash of electricity and fire? And by attacks I mean like physical ones, so not including Genjutsu and stuff I guess...

The pillars would probably be about 15 meters I guess? It goes as far as 150 meters I guess? And damage would probably be quite powerful around actually crackling and breaking the earth beneath it, so scorching the earth beneath it, and most likely capable of shocking someone to a crisp?

The electricity I guess can travel 15 meters? The electrical field about 100 meters? They can travel to about 150 meters away from me I guess?

The downside? I guess it could have my character experience electrical feedback or something, so aka partially get affected by the attack for being in the relative same area of the chakra field which is doing the jutsu.

Range would be 5 meters I guess, and I'll remove extreme cutting, but usually if you throw an extremely sharp object it'll cut, probably not through though... I'll fix that, and just make it so it goes into their neck then explodes with electrical energy, thus blowing the head off the already half-severed neck.

Not really, when I say passive I mean it's constantly passively using chakra... Not trying to go out with no chakra cost, thus for all the ones with only the words, *Can't be Passive, must be active* or something like that I just didn't say anything, just saying it all in here instead. For the ones with the "must be active" with additional stuff I explained the other parts. As for the jutsu attacks, range, and stuff that I said in response, those are just my approximations, not definites, I'll change them to fit accordingly, but before I go out and actually change anything, beyond the jutsu I said I will 100% remove, I'd like to see your response to each of them

The range depends on how much chakra you place in it I guess 0.0... And for the element, it's just external damage, not trying to recreate rasen-shurikan, so doesn't cause micro chakra cuts or anything, just a flaming wheel of doom, or spinning, extended cutting weapon, or electrically shocking weapon, etc... Or for the pillar, bursting into a pillar of fire just, or a pillar of cutting wind, etc, for the blast shooting out a blast of fire, a blast of wind, etc...

It causes electrical burns and might possibly stun, but purpose is for physical damage I guess. And the damage well it's permanent if you get electrical burns all over your body... unless you heal it, or let it naturally heal I guess... Unless physical actual electrical burns just vanish mysteriously...

Yah the target can still fight through it, and yes they are seeing and feeling/etc the memory, but they are moving as they want, although it's more of a blurry hallucination kind of... Like a flashback they are literally experiencing, that isn't physical actually, but they see and feel it as physical basically.

Thsi technique seems very worrying to me. So you would be able to literally destroy the opponents body from the inside out as long as they are in a specific range of you? as a passive skill? The range would have to stated like the other jutsu. But this seems to be OP, and a kind of "sure-kill" technique. It would have to have major drawbacks and less scale of atom destruction.

Someone can do the weaponary techniques, As I did not get onto them yet.
