OOC RP board

I think it would be a good idea to add a board where people can just RP with anyone. The board would be pretty much for people already in a topic, but have to wait for the other person to post. You could state some rules or just let people do whatever. Maybe even let people play as Canon characters but only there and NONE of the stuff in the OOC RP board affects anything in the other boards.
