Konoha Applicants Closed, Suna Only!

Starting from now, all ranks besides Academy Student in Konoha are closed. Special permission will probably not be given to join Konoha so don't ask. Everybody from here on must join Suna so he can fill it up. All current applications stand, so if you have a Konoha application at the moment please continue you are permitted to continue joining Konoha, everybody else from now on must just Suna though.

~Bump. Konoha is closed peeps yet we seem to be getting Konoha apps still. For your own sakes please save yourselves the time and effort of changing it later and stick to suna for the moment. Thank you
