Description: this Jutsu is low-ranked because you cannot attack with it. it is a jutsu that deflects any jutsu up to c rank. you must have a kunai knife, and let it charge up for about 5-10 seconds, and its ready to go. when an attack is coming, just swing it while it is charged and it deflects the attack.

make it a ninjutsu because your using the wind to force back the attack.
