Description: A further development of the Deafening chart jutsu, although it requires slightly more chakra. The user draws all chakra away from their ears, making them deaf. Every turn this is used for costs a C rank amount of chakra because of how much they must hold back. This is very dangerous because if they are powerfully struck in the head while doing this, they can release a pulse of chakra from their head and badly damage their hearing. If this is done for more than two posts at a time the user's hearing will lower drastically, making their hearing the same as a human's. If they do it for four posts at a time, they will become totally deaf forever, unless a secret forbidden jutsu is used.
