Description: Though it is seemingly a simple a jutsu, Undoushinkei Sutoraiki is a jutsu that requires knowledge on the nerve clusters in the body. As such, this jutsu is mainly used by Medical Ninja. This jutsu targets the nerve clusters situated on a person's waist on either side of the spinal cord, and the nerve clusters beneath each collar bone. The ninja will aim to hit the clusters with great force, usually a punch. If a nerve cluster is hit, a limb on the obdy will be paralysed. The nerve clusters on the waist paralyse the legs, while the nerve clusters beneath the collar bones paralyse the arms. The paralysation lasts for time period ranging from 2 posts to 5 psots, depending on the force at which the hit is applied. Striking a cluster beneath the left collar bone will paralsye thel eft arm, striking the nerve cluster on the right of the spinal cord will paralyse the right leg etc.

It's not even a jutsu, anyone can do it in real life, I just put it into the jutsu format. But if you think it's too advanced, go ahead and delete it.

Well I agree that you made it sound like B+ rank the concept of it is still C rank.

Overall the jutsu is just a hit to the nervous system. Nothing special for a beginner Medical Ninja since they study anatomy. But the paralyzes is where the you made it too powerful. This is somewhat of a Mind-Body disturbance technique which is B rank I believe. This is kinda a "slippery" jutsu that only goes well with how you describe it.

Instead of just dumping the whole jutsu, just revamp it a little. Get rid of the paralyzes and just make it a bleak stun.
