Description: Using the tiger and dog seal, Blaize summons up his chakra to make his hand engulfed in fire. The engulfed hand that holds the katana then transfers the fire from his hands into his sword, having his katana with a spiraling flame around it. Once done the fire from his hand is gone of course. The flame would last only for a short time, this gives his sword burning effects and the next slash he would give to his opponent would shoot the flame he had to the sword’s tip to increase damage.(EDIT) Once the flame from the slash leaves the sword it can be used as a wave of an attack or the wave itself can surround the opponent having him/her traped within the fire like being traped in a rope of flames. the longer the hold the more burned the victom feels. On defult the flame of rope will go out within 30 seconds if the victom does not free itself via strength or jutsu. (done edit)
Note: Basically his next attack would focus the flame into the sword to add a burning effect, and an increase to damage. The reason I place a short time is because of how much chakra an academy student place on his weapon. So if he can not reach his opponent in time then the flame goes out?
This will stay as it is but since I am a higher rank the jutsu itself increases

Description: Using the dragon, tiger, and bird seals. When the seals are complete a spark of flame appears in front of the user about 2-5 feet. Then it turned around in a fast, clockwise motion around the user, growing until the flame is the height of the elbow. Once the flame reaches it starting point the flame it can do one of the following.
If the user dose not focus in which direction to turn the flame will go straight in a short distance and disappears. If the user focuses his jutsu the user may shoot the flames upward at an opponent. When the flame shoots out, either on the ground or upwards, it can only go straight, 90 degrees left and right.(edit) When the flame leaves the circle and towards an opponent the flame takes shape of a phoenix head and wings opening. Also if surrounded by many opponents blaize can dispell the ring of fire in all directions. Thoes because of this effect blaize's fire will only do half of the real damdge but the force should make the opponents back off a few feet. That is what he truely needs.
This jutsu is for mid defense and attack just in case one needs breathing room
