Description: the user creates a clone from fire chakra. Mainly used for as decoys. Its attacks cause physical damage, but cannot do jutsu. There can be as many clones made as needed. These clones disperse once hit. Hitting a clone will cause them to burst into flame and cause the attacker damage. They give off a reddish or orange glow that is slight, but noticeable for anyone using a bloodline trait that can tell the difference (example, Sharingan). This jutsu uses one tenth of the users power level

This seems to be a variation of Kakashis Lightning Shadow Clone technique. As such this jutsu was A ranked, and you would need to learn Shadow Clone for this to be possible, infusing the clone with fire chakra. As such you would have to be a Jounin to learn this move and so I am going to have to decline the approval of this jutsu at this time. Sorry.

The only case I can say about this is that it is not a shadow clone. And does not do physical harm nor can it use jutsu. I think of this as a variation of the water clone

A Water Clone can harm the user, however it is much harder to shape something intangible like fire into a human form, even with chakra. And since this causes damage on dispersal, it would have to be B-Rank.

I dont understand how a person caN Make a clone of water with no water source and is c rank. not only that it is C rank. my Clan is able to use Fire with more ease then your average shinobi. The clones disparce within the element that it is made. So i dont understand how it is not C rank.

They can't, most users need a nearby water source to make a clone, only real exception is Kisame. Zabuto had a lake.

I don't see problem with this, except if they can do jutsu.

Senkou, Kakashi's clone was a Shadow Clone that is why it was A rank. Fire clone would be the same as a Water Clone except fire.
