He looks almost perfectly like this picture. Although he has a glass eye that covers his right eye. It has the Clan symbol on it, his eye was taken from him at a young age. His eye was a drawing of his clan symbol on it. He also doesn't wear bunny ears, although both ears are pierced just like shown in the picture. That handband that is shown in the picture is where Roku wheres his headband. The hair of himself is blond. Some people think he is gay. He has the top of his right ear pierced and has his belly button pierced, His left eyebrow has the clan symbol and right under it has a the number 8. No one really knows what it means. He also has an 8 on his right torso. He has his bridge piercing done and looks sexy.

He usually looks like Fu
Sometimes he just wears alot of random things and no shirt. This style varies to the look in the sky because he can't look into his feeling and know what he wants.

He was a very stealthy suit. It's gray. He wears his vest. He dresses different then most other Jonin. It is very strong and and withstand a kunai or shuriken and also a stab or slash with a sword. The shin and forearms guards are stronger than the rest of the armor but everywhere is still very strong.
His jacket is more of a vest because he is stealthy and built for speed. He sometimes wears a mask that covers everything but his eye,
He moves very fast in these clothing but he lacks defense, but his jutsu cover up for his defense. His Offense is good aswell. Without the helmet. All those little thingies are for charka conversation. They are behind his left femur and that is where he hides it.
The charka 'holders' take charka from Roku when he gives charka to it. It usally is never empty because when Roku is doing nothing he fills it up to its maximum and very little charka leaves from the holder. In battle to lasts awhile. If it is broken then charka releases and Roku starts to bleed out his own charka and it takes time to fix. So it is well protected. It lets him run faster as well and hit harder.
It can take a beating and not many people know about it. It is usually hidden.
He can wear it in water and electricity doesn't do anything to it. It just adds a element to the charka which enhances it.

Special Abilities: It can hold extra charka and Roku can use that charka. Roku can force it to wherever he wants. Like to his feet which can let him jump higher or kick harder. Or to his hands which let him pick up things or punch harder. It is pretty cool. It can also be used to his KKG which helps him makes shields. It holds a maximum of 1/3 of his charka and it helps achieve stamina and hydrates the body.

Origin:During Rokus wandering ninja years he worked by himself and he wasn't physically ready so he enhanced himself with this site. he never needed it that bad but he wears it everywhere he goes. It took him awhile to build it but now its perfect for him. He can build and repair many things because he is on his own in the missing ninja world. The village didn't take care of him so he has to take care of himself.

Name:The Kayo.

Appearance: PHOTO LINK

Kayo is modelled after the basic katana, a long blade, and a guard around the handle. However, Kayo is much more than such. The blade is harder to see, and appears almost transparent, however, is visible from the occasional sparking given by its eletricuting nature. Marked with a white handle, made from a soft cloth, yet one that provides a stable grip, Kayo is used in combat by Kinko clan members.
The metal that it is made up off is a gold, and thus shines like lightening. The guard is fancy, and has carvings on it or two dragons. The handle allows the gold to be seen by its constant over lapping and under lapping of white fabric.

The sheeth is black as night, however is illuminated by the single gold lightening bolt that is modeled at the bottom, and the two gold cuffs, one at the top of the sheeth, and the other holding an elegant off white/light pink ribbon, graceful in appearence.

Typically this weapon also has a shield counter part that the clans warriors get to acompany the sword. It also has the dragon on it, and is made from pure gold, except for the silver ringlet around the dragon in the middle, all at high quality. This shield has no special ability, and is only made to acomidate the sword.

Special Abilities:
Able to to use the lightening element, Roku can emit his chakra into the swords hilt, infusing the already existing, but small blade, with his lightening chakra. Not only does this strengthen the medal, but causes the chakra, with a higher concentration, to form a more realistic blade, created soley from the chakra of the user streaming through the conductor quilt.

After the chakra has been injected into the blade, or done so to make another more powerful blade, the sword is infused with abilities that make it special.

C Rank Version:
When using the C rank version of this chakra control technique, they can only simply infuse their chakra into the blade, allowing it to become stronger. Also, while the blade is infused like this, any hit that makes contact directly with an opponent's flesh, the electricity would channel through the blade onto the target, causing small lightening to fire themselves around the body, acting as synapses, and thus confusing the body, and slowing it down greatly, if not very quickly paralyzing it. The only place that would be paralyzed is where the sword touches.It usually takes out the whole limb. For example if I hit the arm with this sword that arm would be paralyzed for a post depending on how bad the sword came into contact with the limb. Small cuts and straches offen are in use with this version. If the body is affected in any way, it will be unaffected after a second that the blade has left, giving room for another slash, and often the last.

B Rank Verison:
When using the B rank version of this chakra control technique, the chakra is not only infused into the medal blade, a small thing, long, however not as long as the sword would be, and not as durable as the normal blade, it becomes an almost unbreakable blade that solidifies a blade conjured from nothing but raiton chakra energy. In this way, similar to cannon character Asuma's jutsu, another blade is created, only it is visible due to its half form, and crackling blue presence. Like the D rank version, this sword then needs to come in contact with something to activate its ability. When the user causes the pure lightening blade to come into contact with an opponent, full contact, it will cause a rush of lightening chakra to explode into the enemy body. On top of the pain that follows, the victim of this attack will not be able to move, due to the temparary short circuiting of their synaps movement, and thus rendered paralyzed. Once in this form, the opponent stays paralyzed for no more than a 4 posts, and this is only if the blade come directly to flesh on a major part of the body such as the stomach and such. Other than that, the paralysis only last for up to 2 posts, still giving the user more than enough time to attack and finish the match.

This being said, depending on the strength of the opponent, they can allow the greatest affect to be rendering their ability to react much slower, and not able to move as fast, but this is only the stronger foes. And the constand chakra flow drains chakra, although not a lot, a constant amount.

Also, with both the D and C rank versions of this jutsu, for each, the blade can be deactivated by a technique/weapon/ability etc. is a higher rank.
For example: Roku activated his Kayo blade to the D rank version. His opponent, also a carrier of the blade activated it to the C rank version. They both flew at each other, and clashed blades. Roku's blade would deactivate, and require activation. If Roku were to have the center of the sword destroyed, the weapon could not be used, as the chakra would have no base to surround to thus make a blade.

Origin: All Kinko members have it and Only the elders have made it, they are only a few left in the ninja world can Roku has one. He is most likely to pass on his sword to another fellow Kinko members for there are no more known living elders.

It is black a white. He is fire resistant and can be dropped without breaking. Likes basically like a mini Roku

Background Information

Before Academy.
Before the Academy Roku would train with his father. His father was not in the leaf village at this time. He lived in a hut outside the sound country.
It wasn't bad. Enough for the 3 of them. His father worked with the Sound village for protection. Roku would soon learn this jutsu when he is around 10. When his father lied about protecting the sound village they were after him. His father would go to the Leaf village and was basically a scout for them. His father asked if anything happened to his family they would take them into the leaf village. At this age Roku was only four. The sound village soon found out that his father would sneak off to the leaf and tell them plans. The only punishment was death. Roku wasn’t able to die for the Kage felt sorry for him, so they decided to steal his eye, he is still very happy and not depressed at all.
The sound ninja raided his house. His parents sent a bird off for ANBU to help them. Seiji put up a good fight. His mother Kaki also put up a fight. Just so Roku can be safe. He saw his parents kick ass and get their deaths. They also used the clan jutsu. Roku was only 4 at that time.
Most ninja would be bitter if they saw their parents die, Not him not Roku. He grew in strength not bitter revenge. Roku ran out of the backdoor and started to run away, as soon as the ninja were going to kill him, ANBU came.
They saved his life. One of the ANBU that came was his uncle. He too had the power of the Kinko clan. His name was Keiji. Seiji and Keiji were twins.
Roku found out that his father died for the village and he saved many.
They knew they were planning to get raided and Keiji offered to switch places with Seiji and Seiji declined. He said that Keiji was to important and a possible war would come of it.
Seiji asked Keiji to train Roku, Train him as if he was his own son.
Keiji took a break from the ANBU and went off to other villages with Roku.
Roku trained. He spent 5 years with Keiji. Knowing most of the clan jutsu by age 9. He also new the academy jutsu. Keiji was very pleased with Roku's progress. Keiji's way of life was peace, just like the clan ideals of life. Peace love and harmony.
Roku grew with this ideals which make him the way he is. When he was 9 he and Keiji decided to go back to the Leaf village. Although Roku was to strong for the Academy he still had to go.

Academy Years.
Roku was relaxed those years. He had nothing to worry about, he would pass with flying colors. Roku made alot of friends, alot of rivals too. Rivals that were jealous of him. He was only when he enrolled and he could do some B ranked techniques. He out classed everyone. He surpassed the sensei's too.
Alot of girl's were after him. He was handsome. He wasn't cocky or mean to everyone else who was weaker then him. For that would create problems and problems will create fighting. Roku hated fighting. He just chilled and had a good time. He wouldn't ever skip school. He always thought it was fun.
Even if he did skip school no one would be at the house to take care of him.
He was a very loved boy. With true talent that well show on for the year's to come. Maybe a Hokage or Anbu. He was so excited to get his own headband,
for his excellent work he got a headband with a bandanna and it had the Konoha crest and Kinko crest pressed into the metal forehead protector.

Genin Years.
When Roku was a genin everyone wanted him on a team. He was so strong courageous, handsome. His Sensei was even given difficulties staying above his skill. He was 10 by this time. A 10 year old could keep up with a Jounin.
That is one incredible ninja. His Sensei asked him what drove him so hard was "My village and...you" That was his simple answer. He was very intelligent but lacked in actual combat. Something very fertile to a ninja.
He was very protective to his teammates. They never failed a mission.
One of them was Gabriel. He had the Sharingan. He was quite amazing.
Almost matched up with Roku's skill. They were buddies. Best friends.
They grew up together from there on then. They liked almost the same things and both had great qualities. Together they covered each other's weakness and improved the strengths. They went on several important missions. Important for genin, like B ranked missions. He saved Gabriel's butt and Gabriel saved his butt. Their sensei also had alot to do with them.
He trained them alot and Keiji still found time to train Roku more.
While Roku was still considered a genin Keiji decided he needed to learn more about the Kinko culture and more techniques, Roku would miss the Chunin exams but he learned better techniques. He was gone for about a year. During that time he learned alot about the Kinko clan stories. Keiji gave Roku his tattoo above his right eyebrow just like many Kinko ninja did. Roku was sent to the Sand village as a treaty and now lives there.

Chuunin Years.
Roku returned and promised Gabriel that he would win the whole tournament.
When He went into the tournament he didn't know what to expect Gabriel gave him a few hints about each of his opponents. Gabriel was in the Chuunin Exam before this one and he won the whole thing. He wanted to make Gabriel proud to be his teammate.
Which is exactly what he did. He beat everyone. Using his new techniques he learned. Everyone knew he would be able to do it. Everyone had faith in him.
He was trained by ANBU. He was like a secret weapon. Many times when he was a chunin he would be on ANBU missions with his uncle. The mission he didn't go on keiji died, He was 37. He lived a wonderful life and it was up to Roku to keep the family tradition going. When he was 15 he went on to search for more Kinko members. He found some trained them a bit then after 2 years he returned to be a Jounin.

Jounin Arc.
When Roku became a Jonin he was given a personal mission. To bring back all the remaining Kinko ninja. He sent off. He was 26 at the time. All traditional Kinko ninja would have a gold clan symbol above their right eyebrow. Roku had one of these too.
It took him about 2 years to travel through smaller villages. He found a gang of ninja named Gecko, they were meanies. He went off to find them. He had to find some thing about his clan. He found it, at his old house. It was assumed haunted but that was just a lie. Maybe that was why the house was still intact. He went through his parents house and found a book. A book about the Kinko clan. It showed how to use Kinko Jutsu. Roku spent a year learning all the jutsu and training with them.
He would learn one of the legendary jutsu.
His uncle Keiji was right how caring we were but we still had to do what he had to do. He found out more about the Gecko gang and infiltrated them. They might have not known but they were Kinko. They were disobeying the clan. Roku gave them a chance to give up and follow Kinko clan way of life. Some did but others didn't.
The one's that didn't forced Roku to kill them. He went back to his followers and taught them more Kinko jutsu. He gave them their tattoo’s and was basically a clan leader for a little while/ They soon will be strong and be welcomed into Konoha.
Roku was gone from the village for almost 2 years. Once Roku returned He was sent to the Mizukage as a present. As a Treaty. It is how he currently lives in the Sand village.
He losted everything he Ever wanted, he does not hate for Konoha he just does not feel them for betraying Him. This is when he lost all emotions and is confused.

Your first two jutsu need to be powered down. As I said, you can only block techniques C and lower, except for fire jutsu, which you can only block D ranks.

face the oppisite which is where the jutsu user is usually standing. It
can last up to 3 posts which uses alot of charka.
This can block
