			<description>To get jutsu's approved you can't just post them in the jutsu creation. You have to have proof of training and link that to your jutsu's that you want to be approved. This training is done in the Training Area in the Five Great Nations, Konoha section of the forum. Here is a guide that shows the number of posts one has to do to get their jutsu approved. The number of posts that has to be done depends on the rank of the jutsu you want approved.

			<description>In order to maintain at least a shred of professionalism, it will be required that the minimum word count of any post be 150 or more words. We don't want to look like a site of amateurs so let us do our best to maintain this standard. 



There are exceptions to this rule, those being:



1. If you are in an Academy Student and are making a post.

*It is encouraged to try and make the 150 words, but if you cannot it is understandable  since you are most likely new to RPing
